Summary
Temporary Shared Services Support Officer
Location: Armagh
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Rate of Pay: £12.31 per hour
Contract Type: Temporary

We are currently seeking a Temporary Shared Services Support Officer to join our Public Sector Client's team in the Armagh area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a keen eye for detail, who thrives working independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:- Serve as the first point of contact for customers and clients, escalating queries appropriately.
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the service area, ensuring smooth operation of systems and procedures.
- Accurately input, process, monitor, and validate data in a timely manner.
- Assist in analysing and monitoring statistics and information.
- Collate data and support the preparation of reports, documents, and proposals for senior staff.
- Contribute to the development of protocols and procedures.
- Support the implementation of systems within the service area.
- Maintain and manage stationery stock levels.
- Deliver a consistently high standard of service to staff, customers, the public, and suppliers.

Qualifications:
- 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English Language and Maths
OR - 18 months' relevant experience in a clerical/administrative role
- 5 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English Language and Maths

Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in administration, including Excel, data entry, analysis, and reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
