Summary

Experience
• Experience of working in an administrative position would be beneficial.
• Working knowledge of Outlook essential
• Have experience of Microsoft Word and Excel
• Knowledge of Payroll software – beneficial but not essential
Key tasks
• Taking, managing and directing calls
• Typing letters and other business documents
• Dealing with clients and assisting with enquiries by email or on the phone
• Liaising with HMRC and other agencies
• Updating records and filing client data accurately
• Prioritising own workload
