About the Role
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable General Operative to join our Reconditioned team at our Bathgate site.
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for sorting, repairing, and manufacturing pallets using various tools and
equipment. You'll play a key role in ensuring high-quality output is maintained in line with production targets and customer
specifications.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in what they do, and wants to be part of a
supportive, safety-focused team.
Key Responsibilities
* Sort, repair, and manufacture pallets to meet required specifications
* Set up and maintain efficient workstations throughout your shift
* Conduct checks to ensure tools and equipment are safe and report any defects
* Follow daily instructions and complete tasks delegated by Supervisors and Managers
* Maintain a high level of output and product quality
* Adhere to Health & Safety procedures and wear PPE at all times
* Maintain a clean and organised work area
* Work collaboratively to support team and site processes
* Represent the company values in all interactions with colleagues and stakeholders

* A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
* Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
* High level of Health & Safety awareness
* Reliable and punctual, with excellent timekeeping
* Previous experience in a manual labour or production role is beneficial
