Summary
To promote and encourage a culture that is committed to continuously improving and providing high quality patient services On a regular basis provide expert knowledge, support and assistance to all health care professionals at all levels within the service on all aspects of effective and continuous quality improvement Mentor, support, encourage and advise staff The post holder will communicate and have working relationships with Trust members of staff at all levels within the organisation, both clinical and non-clinical.
