Summary
6 sessions a week (must include Mondays and Fridays). Salary: £11, 342 with Indemnity covered. Frailty role to include one session a week of care home visits/cover with oversee from a GP Partner and Frailty Nurses support. Mix of appointments: 15 minutes F2F and 10 minute telephone slots, as well as Econsult and triage sessions.
