Summary
To provide care and learning opportunities for children aged 2 - 4 years, you will hold a level 3 full and relevant qualification, you will have experience within an early years setting being a key person, you will be a key person to a group of children ensuring their needs are met, you will assess levels of development, plan next steps, hold meetings with parents/carers to discuss progress, undertake personal care duties such as nappy changes. You will also work as part of the team to provide care and learning opportunities for all children, setting up play areas with stimulating and challenging activities, be a role model to children attending the setting by being respectful to colleagues, children families and visitors, you will support children to make good choices.
