Summary

Due to the retirement of the current post holder. Streetscene Services are seeking to appoint a suitable candidate to the position of Lavatory Attendant.
Working within the City, the hours of work are to be designated between the hours of 6am to 6pm on our 4 days on, 4 days off shifts. The service will maintain a flexible response to meet operational requirements, ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to.
We are looking for an honest, reliable individual with excellent communication skills and completing all allocated work to a high standard.
The role of the Lavatory Assistant is to attend and maintain the toilet facilities within the city centre namely at Queen Victoria Toilets and Nelson Street Toilets ensuring its proper use by the public, requesting cleaning stock and to ensure proper maintenance and cleansing is taking place.
It is a requirement for these toilets to be attended at all times and maintained to the highest possible standard and to be in contact with Civic 1, Team leaders and emergency services should there be an emergency situation.
