Summary
Pioneering Care Partnership are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable group leader for our Together 21 project, where we run a weekly programme of inclusive, stimulating and educational activities for children and young people with Down syndrome.
We are looking to appoint someone who:
• Is competent in supporting small groups of children, with a variety of needs, in fun and engaging learning activities.
• Has experience of working with children with SEND.
• Is able to think on their feet and be adaptable when setting up and delivering planned sessions.
• Has excellent interpersonal skills, providing a friendly and safe learning environment.
• Is committed to a person-centred approach
