Summary


An opportunity to recruit an experienced part time Secretary has arisen within the Paediatric Psychosocial Department.

The Paediatric Psychosocial Department is a specialist CAMHS team for children who are treated at the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital. We are a multi-disciplinary team of psychologists, therapists and psychiatrists who have skills to help children/young people/ adults and their families to understand and manage the difficulties they may face about their health or treatment.

If you are a secretary who have a positive "can do" attitude with experience of using different systems and ready to learn new ones, who would like to make a difference in the life of our patients and families, then we would like to hear from you.

We are looking for a positive team player to join our busy Admin Team. The qualities we are looking for are:

Previous secretarial experience, preferable within the NHS

experience with using PARIS and or HIVE system or quick learner.

Possess strong time management skills.

Are ready to take challenges and are not scared to ask for help.

Ability to work on a team and also on their own initiative when needed

Flexibility to provide cover for colleagues in case of leave.

Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, attention to detail and able to manage difficult information is essential.
