About the Role

We’re looking for enthusiastic Support Workers to join our dedicated team at Rodger Lane, a warm and welcoming supported living service in Wrenthorpe. You’ll be supporting 6 individuals with complex needs and nonverbal communication, helping them lead fulfilling, meaningful lives—every single day.

✔ Joining in on holidays and day trips (yes, you get paid to go on adventures!)
✔ Keeping care plans and notes up to date with compassion and professionalism

Shifts You Can Expect

We offer flexible shifts on a rota, including:

Short shifts: 7am–3pm, 2pm–10pm, or 5pm–10pm

If you can say "yes" to at least 6 of these, you could be just who we need:
✨ Honest | Caring | Good Communicator | Reliable | Passionate
