Summary
Lettings Manager – Pridea Sales & Lettings, Lincoln
Location: High Street, Lincoln, LN5 7RY (with occasional work at our Gainsborough branch)
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00, with occasional Saturdays on a rota basis
Pridea Sales & Lettings is a family-run business with a strong reputation in the local property market. We are seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to join our team and oversee the lettings side of our business, managing our rental portfolios and maintaining excellent relationships with landlords and tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the lettings department and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Manage and grow our rental portfolio, ensuring properties are maintained and tenancies run smoothly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants, acting as the main point of contact.
Guide, mentor, and train our lettings apprentices, sharing your expertise and knowledge.
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and best practice in lettings and property management.
Support the wider team in achieving business targets and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in lettings and property management.
Full, clean driving licence.
Strong organisational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a small, close-knit team.
Knowledge of relevant UK property legislation and tenancy regulations.
