As General Manager in our Jersey Leisure team, you’ll lead the delivery of high-quality leisure services that make a real difference to the local community. You’ll work in partnership with the Government of Jersey and key stakeholders, driving both operational excellence and commercial success across the contract.


You’ll be entrusted to:
- Provide inspirational leadership to a diverse team, creating an inclusive and supportive culture.
- Ensure financial delivery of the contract in line with the agreed business plan.
- Oversee safe and compliant operations, customer service, and high-quality service standards.
- Build strong partnerships with the Government of Jersey and other stakeholders.
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation across all aspects of service delivery.
- Support social outcomes that improve health and wellbeing for the Jersey community.


Does this sound like you?
You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have:
- Experience leading large teams in a leisure or hospitality environment.
- Strong commercial awareness, with proven ability to deliver business plans.
- Strong planning, financial and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
- A relevant Business Management qualification or equivalent experience.
