Mailroom Coordinator – Central London
Salary: £28,000 per year
We’re recruiting on behalf of our client for a Mailroom Coordinator to join their team in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous office support or administration experience who is looking to take on a varied and responsible role.
The Role
As Mailroom Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:
Managing all incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
Organising and filing documents accurately
Distributing mail and correspondence to the correct departments/individuals
Handling ad-hoc office support tasks and odd jobs as needed
Playing a key part in keeping the office running smoothly
The role will also include training to become a Fire Marshal. If you are already qualified, that will be a distinct advantage.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
Has prior experience in a similar role (e.g. office administrator, facilities assistant, or mailroom support)
Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Can multitask and prioritise effectively
Has a proactive, “can-do” attitude
Is reliable, responsible, and comfortable taking ownership of key tasks
