We are seeking a experienced Client Support Specialist to support our business growth. Working 08.00 - 17.00 Monday to Friday. The Client Support Specialist reports into the Client Manager and Head of Client Management.
The ideal candidate will also require a willingness to meet our company values in promoting equality, diversity and inclusion and our passion to reduce our environmental impact on our community in reducing energy consumption and reducing waste management.
Essential Job Duties:
Liaise with customers to address support requests and resolve queries in a timely manner
Attend and contribute to weekly customer calls, providing updates and gathering feedback
Continuously review processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience
Manage, organise and update relevant data using the Warehouse Management System and company portal
Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to ensure deadlines and Service Level Agreements are met
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed to ensure compliance
Promote continuous improvement in your team and within the company
Have a positive outlook when dealing with challenges, change and be people focused at all times to create a working environment that is engaging
Communicate concise information to all levels
Maintain a safe, clean and tidy work environment to minimise risk
Other reasonable duties as deemed necessary from time to time.
Work towards achieving business KPI's in energy reduction, waste management and environmental impact.
