Summary
We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Care at Home Carer to assist clients with their daily living activities in the comfort of their homes. As a Care at Home Carer, you will provide a variety of essential services, ensuring the well-being and independence of those in need of assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.)
Help with mobility and transfer (getting in and out of bed, wheelchair assistance)
Administer medication, as per the care plan
Prepare and assist with meals
Assist with light housekeeping duties (laundry, cleaning, etc.)
Provide companionship and emotional support
Support clients with errands and social activities
Keep detailed records of care provided and report any changes in condition
What We're Looking For:
A caring, empathetic, and patient individual
Excellent communication skills
Ability to follow care plans and instructions
Experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required (training provided)
Reliable and punctual
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
