1:1 TA Reception Supporting Students with SEN
Randstad is seeking a passionate and dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) in Widnes, Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young learners. We are looking for someone available immediately!
Tasks
- Provide individualised support to students with SEN, following their individual education plans.
- Assist the teacher in classroom management and activities.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress.
Skills
- Experience working with students with SEN.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Enhanced DBS check on the updated service and full eligibility to work in the UK.
