Further details about the role
We have high expectations for all our children at St. Richard’s Roman Catholic Primary School. We want our children to be happy, safe and successful and we are committed to giving every individual child a chance to develop their talents whatever they may be. We feel every child is unique and our aim is that they fulfil their potential and experience success within the context of our Roman Catholic Primary School.
We believe that learning should be fun and children are happy when gaining success in a secure and reassuring environment. We recognise and value the important role parents play and see effective education as a partnership between home and school.
Our aim is to help the children in our care become self-confident and independent individuals who respect all members of our school community and who can flourish in the wider world.
Achieving these aims relies on the collaboration of everyone in our school community – teachers, teaching assistants, parents, children, governors and support staff.
