Summary
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented School Administrator to join our team in Addington. This is a fantastic opportunity to support students with autism and learning difficulties in a special free school environment. We're looking for someone who is immediately available and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
Key Responsibilities & Skills
As a School Administrator, you'll be the backbone of our school's operations. The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience in a school administration setting.

Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience with school database systems; Arbor experience is a plus.
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:

A GCSE in English or Maths (graded A*-C / 9-4) or an equivalent qualification.

A strong understanding of safeguarding legislation (Child Protection, Equal Opportunities, Health & Safety, Inclusion).

Experience working with children or adults with special educational needs or disabilities is highly desirable.
