Summary

The Role

We are looking for a Cook / Production Operative to join our client in Headcorn. This is a hands-on role in our food production facility, where you will play a key part in preparing and cooking our products to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and cooking food according to company recipes and quality standards

  • Operating production equipment safely and efficiently

  • Ensuring all health & safety and food hygiene procedures are followed

  • Working as part of a team to meet production targets

  • Maintaining a clean and organized work area

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in cooking or food production is desirable but not essential - full training provided

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Reliability and a positive, team-oriented attitude

What We Offer:

  • Competitive hourly rate of £12.21

  • Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
