Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a crew to collect refuse and recycling from residential and business addresses
- Load bins and bags onto the collection vehicle
- Ensure waste is collected efficiently, safely and on schedule
- Provide excellent service to the public and represent the council/company positively
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Physically fit - the role involves walking long distances and heavy lifting
- Punctual, reliable and a team player
- Able to work in all weather conditions
- Previous experience is a bonus, but not essential - full training provided
