Summary
Job Description
As HR Business Partner you will have responsibility for the provision of a professional and effective HR advice service, ensuring service delivery is consistent, proactive and reflects the Councils HR Strategy.
You will be a Graduate/Associate member of CIPD. This role will support the People directorate, which comprises Education, and Social Services.
Although you will have to provide support across all directorates as is appropriate.
Take the lead in Job Evaluation, overseeing the Gauge system and participating in user groups. Provide advice and guidance on all aspects of the job evaluation procedure and participate in job grading panels.
