We are seeking to appoint a Non standard Admissions Officer to support the School’s non-standard admissions activities required for healthcare courses, including the organisation of interview schedules, and attending interview days providing key support. You will undertake a range of entry criteria processes, ensuring they are undertaken in a timely and satisfactory manner
- including DBS, Occupational Health Screening, Immunisations and uniform provision. You will liaise with various stakeholders on a regular basis. You will also support the wider Student Education / Experience team.This post requires an assured team player who can manage their time and ensure that the admissions service is responsive and efficient. You will have a flexible, confident and enthusiastic approach to work. Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy, particularly in areas of data processing are essential, as are good IT skills.
Excellent organisation skills are required as the role involves organising and coordinating activities during Multiple Mini Interviews for applicants.
