Are you motivated by the idea of supporting young people with additional needs to thrive both in and out of the classroom? Long Term Futures is working with a specialist college in Coventry that provides education and care for learners aged 16-25 with autism, physical disabilities, and a wide range of learning difficulties.
We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join the team and provide tailored support that helps students gain independence, build confidence, and achieve their academic and personal goals.
Your Role

Work 1:1 and in small groups to help students engage with their studies

What We're Looking For

Previous experience supporting young people with additional needs (post-16 experience an advantage but not essential)
