A leading Birmingham primary school with a well-regarded Early Years department is seeking a Graduate Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their team this September.
About the RoleAs a Graduate Early Years TA, you will:

Support children in Nursery and Reception through structured and play-based learning

Deliver 1:1 and small group interventions in areas such as early literacy, numeracy, and emotional regulation

Work closely with experienced EYFS staff to create a nurturing, engaging environment

Gain insight into child development, behaviour management, and early learning frameworks
Requirements-
A 2:1 or above in Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies, or a related field (essential)

Passion for working with young children and supporting early development

Strong communication, empathy, and initiative

Some experience with children (through volunteering, placements, or paid roles) is desirable
