- Monday - Friday (plenty of overtime available)
- £32,00 - £34,000 + company benefits
- High end commercial office space
Responsibilities:
- Tiling
- Carpentry - Door hanging, fire door ppm
- Assembling furniture
- Plumbing
- Drainage & flushing
- Fire alarm/door testing
- Grouting & Plastering
- Repairing building fixtures: doors, handles, windows etc.
Requirements:
- Experience as a building services fabric engineer
- Trades qualifications - C&G / NVQ carpentry
