Duties:
Assisting Cafe Manager in preparation and delivery of a cafe menu including cooked breakfasts, sandwiches, jacket potatoes, burgers, fish and chips, soups, cakes and cream teas.
Stock control and rotation, minimising waste,
Cleaning and maintaining equipment,
Adherence to hygiene and health and safety standards.
Experience:
Must have previous catering experience and a valid Level 2 Food Safety/Hygiene certificate,
Must be able to work well to instructions and as part of a small team, within a busy environment.
Own transport recommended.
