About the Role
Our client is seeking a reliable and proactive Warehouse Operative to join their team near Lincoln. You’ll play a key role in ensuring safe, efficient handling of products and supporting smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
Move items from production to storage safely
Load and unload vehicles efficiently
Conduct stock counts and inventory checks
Pick and prepare orders for dispatch
Collaborate with other departments to maintain smooth operations
Proactively maintain safety standards, including spill management
Requirements
Valid FLT license (counterbalance FLT is a plus)
Previous warehouse experience, including WMS systems and scanners
Own transport due to site location
Proactive, safety-conscious, and able to work independently
