What You'll Be Doing:- Supporting NPD (New Product Development) projects from concept through to launch
- Ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and legal requirements
- Carrying out product testing, trials, and shelf-life assessments
- Collaborating with production and technical teams to maintain the highest standards
- Providing technical expertise to drive innovation and improvements
- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong knowledge of food safety and quality systems (HACCP, BRC, etc.)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Passion for food innovation and continuous improvement
