Counterbalance Forklift Driver

Magor, South Wales | £15.81 per hour plus Overtime up to £31.62 | 12-hour shifts (days & nights) | Temporary - Ongoing

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting experienced Counterbalance Forklift Drivers on behalf of our client, Budweiser Brewing Group UK & Ireland, based in Magor.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a world-leading brewery in a long-term, ongoing role, with the potential for permanent employment for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate Counterbalance Forklift Trucks safely and efficiently.
  • Move stock around the warehouse, working with the stock management system.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing goods using scanners and inventory tools.
  • Maintain high standards of health and safety in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (must be refreshed within the last 3 years).
  • Double handler experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Comfortable using warehouse systems and scanning equipment.
  • Basic IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Teams).
  • SAP experience is a bonus but not required.
  • Full UK driving licence required.
  • Reliable, hardworking, and a team player.
What's on Offer:
  • £15.81 per hour basic rate.
  • Overtime available at £23.71 after 48 hours.
  • Premium weekend & Bank Holiday overtime at £31.62 per hour.

Shifts:

  • 12-hour rotating shifts: A mixture of days and nights (no fixed pattern).
