In this role, you will:
- Ensure each guest room is flawlessly prepared, reflecting Nobu’s exacting standards of cleanliness, design, and detail.
- Bring to life the Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile, and Kokoro in every interaction - whether preparing a guest room, anticipating a preference, or assisting a colleague.
- Handle supplies and equipment with respect, ensuring housekeeping areas are as ordered and considered as our guest spaces.
- Respond with attentiveness and sincerity to guest requests, crafting a personalised experience every time.
- Be an ambassador of Nobu’s unique philosophy - combining modern luxury with authentic, heartfelt hospitality.
