Summary
A lovely family in North London is seeking an After-school Nanny to care for their school-aged child. The role involves all general nanny duties. The household also has two friendly cats, though no pet care is required. A valid first aid qualification is essential for this position.
Working hours: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. 3 or 4 hours over Saturday or Sunday (flexible when the hours are - mornings/afternoons).
Duties include:
Collecting the child from school.
Assisting with homework in a supportive way.
Preparing healthy meals and snacks.
Arranging and supervising playdates.
Engaging in age-appropriate games and activities.
Reading stories and encouraging a love of books.
Tidying away toys after use (with the child’s help).
Supporting the evening routine, e.g. helping the child organise bags for the next day.
Carrying out light laundry of the child’s clothes.
Undertaking occasional grocery shopping.
This welcoming family would like someone to start with them in mid-September 2025.
