The Head Chef is from a 2 rosette background but isn’t chasing accolades at the pub, his style is popular tasty pub food cooked properly.
As Sous Chef you would be working closely with the Head Chef preparing dishes and ensuring everything is ready for service.
This would be a perfect role for a current Sous Chef or Strong Chef de Partie looking to get into a better well equipped kitchen cooking with all fresh ingredients
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Tonbridge, Maidstone, West Malling, Aylesford or possibly Paddocks Wood area
