Understanding complex learner needs and ensuring that barriers to learning are removed will be essential for this role. An understanding of the SEND reforms and how the Code of Practice impacts on FE courses is also important.

This role requires a problem-solver with high expectations of themselves and our learners. This position will suit a flexible and highly organised individual that can plan and deliver sessions that meet the needs of young people in the department.

Good attention to detail is important with the ability to maintain accurate records utilising the College systems.

You will be based at our well-equipped New Bedford Road Campus in Luton.
