Summary
We are seeking a motivated and supportive Job Coach to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about helping individuals gain the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to succeed in employment.. Beginning ASAP.
Duties as Job Coach:
Provide one-to-one and group coaching to individuals to support them into work, training, or further education.
Help participants identify career goals, develop employability skills, and build confidence.
Support with CV writing, interview preparation, job applications, and workplace skills.
Work in partnership with employers, training providers, and support services to create opportunities.
Monitor progress and provide ongoing support to ensure sustainable employment outcomes.
Ideal Job Coach:
Experience in employability, education, training, or careers advice (desirable).
Strong communication, coaching, and mentoring skills as a Job Coach.
Ability to motivate and inspire individuals from a wide range of backgrounds.
Organisational skills with the ability to manage a varied caseload.
A positive and proactive approach with a commitment to helping others succeed.
