As a Senior Digital Project Manager, this role leads the end-to-end delivery of large-scale, complex digital change initiatives within DWP Digital. It requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership and delivery expertise to drive successful outcomes across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project teams to ensure robust project controls are in place, including effective management of plans, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Oversee governance and reporting processes, providing clear communication to Digital Directors and resolving complex issues that may require board-level decisions.
  • Manage a diverse stakeholder environment, setting delivery pace and collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture by coaching team members to enhance flow, quality, and ownership. Address conflict constructively and promote a positive working environment.
  • Champion continuous learning and development in project management practices, digital frameworks, and emerging technologies. Support the wider delivery community through mentoring and the establishment of standards for tools and processes.
