Summary
To have knowledge of and comply with organisational and department policies and procedures To be accountable for all aspects of own work Participate in service training, meetings internal/external courses Actively participate in the PDR process Use effective communication tools, verbal and non-verbal to communicate treatment programmes to patients who may have barriers to understanding or communicating, To participate in the delivery of care/treatment agreed with the Specialist Practitioner To undertake skilled support work to treat patients,at times to work without direct supervision, prioritising own workload To organise the maintenance, safety checking and repair of aids and equipment Be responsible for administrative arrangements as required by the Team Please note this is a summary, see job description for full details of duties and responsibilities
