Summary
Supporting the Phlebotomy Management of PAH Phlebotomy Services across multiple sites. To ensure Professional and technical standards are maintained within the services at all times. To ensure that all service and operational KPIs are consistently met. To provide close liaison with service users and Trust stake holders To be the key point of liaison and escalation for PAH Department data collection and phlebotomy reporting submitted monthly to PAH Phlebotomy Manager. To investigate and respond to complaints. Maintenance of the Quality Management system, to include CAPAs, incident investigations and reporting. Maintain Health Safety and IPC Standards across PAH To attend meetings as phlebotomy representation for PAH in the absence of the Phlebotomy Manager To support the Phlebotomy Manager in; o Recruitment and retention o Sickness management o Appraisals o Disciplinary o Mandatory training
