Summary
To contribute to the assessments and interventions of young people requiring support for their mental health aged up to 19 years of age in the Heywood, Middleton, Rochdale and Pennines areas. To promote and safeguard the wellbeing of children and young people of the borough to promote the health and wellbeing of young people in the borough To provide a thrive aligned support package and ensure safe transition in and out of service To work with other professionals to ensure a holistic, needs led package of support which focusses on successes and goal-based outcomes Please read the embedded job description and person specification for further details
