Enterprise Flex-E-Rent is our commercial vehicle rental division, providing services tailored to the needs of commercial vehicle hire customers from locations all across the UK and Ireland. Join our team and be one of the people driving our growth.

Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead and supervise workshop and mobile technicians
- Maintain workshop productivity and efficiency
- Manage scheduling, holidays, attendance, and overtime
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental, and quality standards
- Oversee servicing, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs
- Support technician development and training
- Maintain workshop housekeeping and stock levels
- Liaise with Fleet Control and use R2C for workflow management
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
- Fully qualified HGV Technician
- 2–3 years of supervisory experience
- Full UK Driving Licence (Cat C desirable)
- Strong data analysis and Microsoft Excel skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a passion for vehicle maintenance
- Ability to pass a security check (criminality, financial, and employment references)
