We’re growing fast and we’re on the lookout for a hands on, motivated Manufacturing Technician to join our team. This is a 6 month temporary contract, with a strong possibility of becoming permanent for the right person.

Position
What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Manufacturing Technician (Production Operative), you’ll be at the heart of our manufacturing operation, helping to produce and package high quality medical cannabis products that make a real difference to people’s lives.
Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Following precise manufacturing methods in cleanroom and non-sterile environments
️ Operating and checking equipment, adjusting or calibrating when needed
Keeping accurate records and logbooks (your attention to detail will shine here!)
Maintaining a clean, sterile workspace to minimise contamination risks
Inspecting products to ensure quality and consistency
♻️ Handling and disposing of materials (including hazardous waste) safely
⏱️ Managing your own time effectively to meet production goals
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
We want team players who bring enthusiasm, reliability, and a keen eye for detail. You’ll be someone who:
✔️ Has excellent organisation and time management skills
✔️ Is calm and accurate under pressure
✔️ Can work well independently and in a team
✔️ Is happy to follow strict procedures
✔️ Can spot when something’s not quite right and take action
✔️ Has good dexterity and reading comprehension
✔️ Is flexible with working hours (our shifts run between 6am - 8pm)
✨ Bonus if you’ve worked in a fast-paced or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment - but it’s not essential. Full training is provided!
