We’re a local, family-run business based in Carbrooke, Watton, Norfolk, specialising in insulation , underfloor heating, and floor screed installations. We’re currently recruiting:
• Floor Screed Operatives
We’re looking for hardworking, committed individuals. Experience is preferred, but full training will be provided. The role is varied - our floor screed operatives learn all aspects of floor installation, from preparation to finishing.
Requirements
• Floor Screed Operatives: Driving licence required; CSCS card preferred (we can arrange training if needed).
• Early starts required—local applicants preferred.
• Previous applicants need not apply.
Hours & Pay
• 40 hours/week (may vary with workload)
• Hourly paid
• Floor Screed Operatives: Pay - National Minimum Wage (age dependent) / based on experience
