Summary
Main duties: Carry out planned preventative maintenance on engineering services as required and in line with skills set to include weekly flushing and taking monthly water temperatures also other PPM's as required. Perform scheduled maintenance service on plumbing/heating systems and fixtures as directed. Repair and maintain sinks baths and toilets. Install, repair, and maintain water heaters and Hot water cylinders both vented and unvented, diagnose and repair issues with systems not working and leaks, attend emergencies as required to include blocked pipes and toilets. Attend all other faults / call outs as requested.
Person Specification: Experience in the building services or maintenance industry as a recognized trade technician. Ability to undertake small mechanical tasks. Good demonstrable track record in a similar role. Ability to work on your own volition, produce reports and data for the Helpdesk as required. Strong customer care focus & high levels of communication skills Good Health and Safety awareness and knowledge. Full and Clean driving License, able to work at heights. Committed, reliable and flexible and Able to work as part of a Team and to work on their own.
