Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse IT systems and infrastructure to identify areas for improvement, efficiency, and security enhancement.
Provide expert advice and develop tailored technology solutions aligned with business goals and industry best practices.
Plan, implement, and manage IT projects, including system upgrades, software integration, and cloud migration.
Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver ongoing support, training, and documentation to ensure smooth operations.
Research and recommend emerging technologies to enhance business performance and maintain a competitive edge.

Proven experience as an IT Consultant or in a similar technical advisory role.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems integration, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical solutions.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
