They guide how we work, how we lead, and how we grow together. As part of our forward-thinking HR & OD team, you’ll play a key role in enabling transformation across the organisation, supporting services to co-create people-centred solutions that help us deliver on our ambitions for Salford. Supporting individuals and teams to build the confidence and capability needed to embrace new ways of working.
Ensuring all change activity is grounded in insight, inclusion, and impact.
We’re looking for someone who brings professional credibility and experience across organisational development and transformation. You’ll be confident navigating complexity, building strong relationships, and influencing at all levels. You’ll care deeply about inclusion and wellbeing, and you’ll be motivated by the opportunity to help shape a public service culture that supports both colleagues and communities to thrive.
In return, we’ll support your development every step of the way. From flexible and hybrid working to a wide range of learning opportunities - including digital skills development and professional qualifications - we’re committed to supporting your wellbeing and growth. You’ll be joining a team that’s people-focused, proud of what it does, and passionate about making a difference.
If this sounds like the kind of role, and the kind of organisation you’ve been looking for, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now and help us shape the future of Salford, together.
