Summary
GP Partner (4-6 sessions) We are looking for a GP Partner to join us at Westlands Medical Centre, in a role with outstanding rewards and flexibility. We are a partnership of 5 GPs with 10500 patients in Portchester, a South Coast village near Fareham. Find out more about our practice. What We Offer: Partnership: A Partner position comes with a salary premium and the opportunity to lead your own practice. Work Variety: The role will include a fair balance of duty clinics and routine GP work. Continuity of Care & Innovation: We prioritise continuity of care for patients and encourage dynamic, innovative approaches to general practice. Our working patterns are continually evolving, to deliver high quality care alongside job satisfaction. Leave allocation of 7 weeks per year (split between study or annual leave, however you wish). Portfolio careers supported our partnership has GPs working in educational, LMC, ICB, leadership and RCGP roles, and welcome any interests you bring but its by no means a requirement. What we need from you: Willingness to hold a personal list. Working Fridays is a requirement, with a percentage of duty cover, but other working days are negotiable.
