Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Assistant Spa Manager to support the business in overseeing the recently renovated and refurbished luxury Spa facilities.

Duties will include:

Ideally you will have industry experience in a similar setting, able to work as part of a team & have a strong work ethic, along with excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Induction training will be given, along with the opportunity to attend Elemis training courses.

You will assist the manager in ensuring our 8 rooms operate to fullest capacity at the highest standard. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, along with strong sales management and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

You will implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth through retail sales and treatments. you will also support in delivering training, adhering to Health & Safety policies and meeting agreed targets.

You will be able to lead by example and carry out treatments when required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Proven experience in a position of responsibility within the Spa industry.

Level 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy

Previous experience in ELEMIS products and treatments is highly desirable, however not essential as training will be provided.
