Summary
Senior Quantity Surveyor - Confidential Fit Out Opportunity
A fast-growing fit out contractor is quietly building something big in London. Having launched a new division less than a year ago, they've already delivered £30m turnover in their first 6 months and are targeting £250m within 5 years.
Specialising in high-value CAT A & B commercial fit outs across Zones 1 and 2, with schemes around £15m, the business is moving fast. They've just secured a major global tech client and with a strong pipeline of tenders and live projects, the next 12 months are set to be very busy.
This division is still in its infancy, which means huge scope for progression for the right person. They're recruiting quietly and want to meet motivated, ambitious Senior Commercial Managers who want to grow with the business and be part of shaping its success story.
