Senior Quantity Surveyor - Landmark London Residential Scheme
A leading Tier 1 contractor is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team on a flagship West London development. This phase will deliver two new residential buildings, uniquely located between the Hammersmith & City tube line and a live television studio, creating one of the most high-profile and technically challenging projects in the capital.
The project:
- Landmark West London residential scheme - Phase 2 of an iconic development
- Two new residential buildings adjacent to a live TV studio
- Complex logistics and coordination with surrounding infrastructure
The role:
- Commercial lead on major work packages
- Oversee procurement, cost control, reporting and client interaction
- Manage contract administration and maintain programme controls
- Support and mentor junior commercial staff
