Contract Type: Permanent | Hours per Week: 36 | Location: Across Various Sites Salford City College is seeking a reliable and experienced Multi-Skilled Building Officer to join our Estates and Facilities team. This vital role involves carrying out a range of maintenance and repair tasks across our college campuses, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors. Key Responsibilities: • Perform general maintenance and repair duties including plumbing, joinery, painting, and basic electrical work • Respond to reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner • Support with routine inspections and planned preventative maintenance • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations How to Apply For more information and to apply for this job, please complete the registration and online application form via our website.
