The Headteacher and Governors are seeking to appoint a with a thorough understanding of working in a primary school and in particular the Foundation Phase.
The successful candidate will: Have a good understanding of Curriculum for Wales and Foundation Learning pedagogy.Have good interpersonal skills and be able to work constructively as part of a team;Have experience for caring for young children;Be able to work both under the direction of the class teacher and display initiative.Have quality experience as a classroom practitioner who inspires and leads children to meet their full potential.Have the enthusiasm, energy and ability to motivate, challenge and support pupilsDemonstrate effective communication skills to work effectively with parents, staff and governors.Be able to appreciate and support the role of other professionals;Be prepared to participate in development and training opportunities;
